What our participants are saying
I so loved my experience! An overwhelming positive environment..! Learning “the SatoriWest Method” has been an absolute joy and mind awakening as well. I am walking away from this all together extremely happy, confident and knowledgeable!
I participated in the [SatoriWest] PHP program. I felt comfortable in this positive environment. This uplifting energy was constantly shown. I’m grateful for this experience and looking forward to continuing the program.
Extremely impressed! My past 8 years has evolved to chronic crisis events. The more I put into this program, the more I [received] back! Thank you so very much!
When I started [with SatoriWest], I was going to leave to live in the woods… I have since been able to find perspective through the SatoriWest Method[…] I appreciate all aspects of this program.
This was a great program and I am glad I went through it because I can definitely see a difference in my overall mental health. I came here because of my high stress levels and anxiety and now I can feel that both of those have rapidly declined. I feel much more content and at ease. I think this program helped me a lot because breaking scenarios down and discussing how I am feeling emotionally really helped me put things into perspective. [BrainShifting] was definitely a key component as well.
[The SatoriWest Method] has opened my awareness to the shallow way of thinking I have been doing for many years. I am looking forward to practicing these skills to open up my world and become much more adaptable when things don’t go quite as planned.
Thank the lord for bringing me to the SatoriWest program, amen.
The SatoriWest Method has shown me the pitfalls which would plunge me into depression as plain as day. I feel as though my thinking has been drastically shifted away from misery and anger to a place of harmony and inner peace. I know have a strong grasp on how I should structure my thinking and behavior to achieve holistic prosperity. I believe that anyone who engages with this material can learn valuable lessons on how to change their life for the better.
[The SatoriWest Method] was insightful, interesting, helpful, thought-provoking, useful, and challenging. This was the program I needed have been seeking for almost three years (since my [diagnosis]). I feel hopeful & giddy about the possibilities for healing and perspective. Thank you so much for giving me more tools, and especially for giving me hope that my healing will be durable & long-lasting
First of all, I came to the program because I was considering suicide.[…] What I liked best about the program is that it is a step-by-step guide to work though problems in life […]. I had never seen another program like this and it made so much sense to me! […]
I worked through every aspect of my mental health issues and for the first time in my life I was able to see where I had Tunnel Vision and got stuck in my life. The program triggered things in me things from my childhood, things from my family and I was able to work through these things….to see a way where we can live in our lives and just be better people.
Perspective is getting to basically the end of a problem where you’ve really opened up your thinking and allowed other alternatives in your life. And for me, that’s really a fantastic place to be….that I’m not stuck in my life and I can look at a lot of other opportunities. I have never had a program that has shown me how to do this!
The amazing things is that when I was 18 years old I was a giddy kid. I was out there in the world having a good time. For most of my life I have been downtrodden. I have been on medications, trying to get me to feel better. I’m ready to leave the program and I’m like a giddy kid again!…So…to people that has a message. This is worth trying. It is worth the having the experience.
Clara’s Journey at SatoriWest
Dee Dee’s Journey at SatoriWest
I participated in the 3 week PHP program … and learned the SatoriWest Method and I made a significant [progress] during the 3 weeks and especially from my 10 days prior as inpatient. […]
The Satori West Method’s view of Tunnel Vision and expanding Perspective and the focus on meditation and balancing areas in our lives made a huge difference to me and my outlook.
The [BrainShifting] practice that I added to my daily routine is invaluable — claiming and centering. I truly experienced a crisis and how Tunnel Vision made me feel like life wasn’t worth living. The SatoriWest Method helped me learn how to recognize Tunnel Vision thinking and ways to shift into seeing a broader Perspective and glimpses of life flowing.
While learning the SatoriWest Method, I loved the bits of neuroscience that I learned on how our brains work and the benefits of meditation.
I had some very deep lows early into my learning the SatoriWest Method while in hospital and in PHP and I completed the 3 week program with my inner sparkle shining again and a refreshed outlook on life.
My approach to the temporary problems of life are less about responding to rooted fear. I recognize and acknowledge Tunnel Vision thinking and have gained a broadened and expanding Perspective; a calmer sense of self prevails. I respond to the difficult moments in life with some space with Perspective and I find that solutions appear with the lowered resistance and fear that I learned with the SatoriWest Method.
